Before joining Ironsides, she served as Vice President, Digital Strategy & Product Management, with CVS Health. In that role, she commercialized multiple products that reached millions of patients and billions in revenues.

Dr. Michael Cohen is Director of the Pediatric Otolaryngology Fellowship and Director of the Multidisciplinary Pediatric Hearing Loss Clinic at Mass Eye & Ear and Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, Harvard Medical School. 

Dr. Chris Hartnick is a Professor in the Department of Otology and Laryngology at Harvard Medical School. He holds the Benjamin Harry Peikin Endowed Chair in Otolaryngology and leads the Pediatric Otolaryngology Division. He is also the Director of the Pediatric Airway, Voice, and Swallowing Center.

Fouzi Benboujja, PhD, has over 15 years of experience in creating medical instruments and solutions for better disease diagnosis, monitoring, and clinical processes. He is the founding Chief Technology Officer at Ironsides Medical.

Mr. Robert Knapp is Chief Investment Officer of Ironsides Partners, an investment firm and chairs the Ironsides board. He is a founding investor in several successful enterprises including Pacific Alliance Group in Hong Kong, Veracity Worldwide in New York, Africa Opportunity Partners in Johannesburg, and Okeanis Eco Tankers in Norway.
